How does a subscription work?
You should recieve your first subscription box within 10 days of subscribing. Every following subscription box after will be shipped out after the 15th of each month.
What will be in my box?
We team up with a different BC-based roaster and food-maker every month. No two boxes will be the same! Coffee bags are usually the industry stand 340g/12oz of whole bean coffee. Some roasters use 450g/1lb as their standard so on months featuring these roasters, subscribers will receive extra beans! Sample sizes vary depending on product, but are usually single serving in the case of sweets and such, but mixes, spice blends and teas are generally multiple servings.
Do you ship to my location?
We currently ship anywhere in Canada.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time as long as the current month's order has not been fulfilled it will end immediately. You can also pause your subscription for any number of months you wish. If this does not answer your question, please contact us at email@example.com.
Can I just buy one box?
You can always sign up for the monthly subscription and if it's not for you cancel after the first box.
What gift options do you offer?
Currently, we offer a gift subscription that is billed monthly. You simply input your recipients information in the "Shipping Info" field and they will receive a monthly box until you cancel the subscription. You can send a one-time gift, or multiple months - the choice is yours!
How does a gift subscription work?
Please add the gift recipient's name as the shipping address and your name in the billing address section. They will receive a box within 10 days of the order being placed and then they will roll into the regular rotation of roasters featured in the subscription. You will be billed monthly on the 14th of the month until you decide to end their gift subscription.
