This month we have 32 Lakes Coffee Roasters! Their focus is amazing coffee  and their goal is to make it available for you without a carbon footprint. They order their beans seasonally with a focus on flavour, environmental sustainability, and social initiatives that support the communities they work with. Once the beans are received they small batch roast on their Probat L12 roaster to highlight the natural flavours.

This month you'll be trying one of their 2 blends depending on your subscription (regular or espresso). 

Regular subscribers will receive their Giankanja Farmers' Cooperative Society - Kenya AA Light Roast. This fully washed coffee from Giankanja Farmers’ Cooperative Society (FCS) is grown at 1,750 meters above sea level on farms that lie between the southern slopes of the picturesque Mt.Kenya and the foothills of the Aberdare mountain range.

Espresso lovers will receive their Deadhead Dark Roast 100% Whole Arabica Coffee Beans.This dark roast blend highlighting dark chocolate with smokey aromatics.

Cookies that are both delicious and nutritious? Say no more! Panela Lemon is here to deliver. Their goal is to create epically delicious mega-cookies packed with delicious and nutritionally-dense ingredients for snackers (Including gluten-free and vegan eaters!). They are committed to creating a big positive impact through memories and employment with as little environmental impact as possible.

This month you can try their incredible peanut butter cookie with crunchy chocolate chips and topped with marshmallows. They are Gluten Free Friendly, made in small batches with whole grains, healthy fats, and unrefined sugars.
